How We Get Paid

Crackpenalty Roofing may receive payment from contractors or marketing partners for calls, form submissions or other referrals we send their way. The amount may depend on things such as how long a call lasts or whether it is answered. We may be paid even if you never hire the contractor.

This payment does not change what a contractor charges you. You pay the contractor directly for any work you agree to, at prices the contractor sets.

Contractors are independent businesses. They are not employees, agents or partners of Crackpenalty Roofing. Each one alone is responsible for:

• The quality and timing of its work
• Its warranties, permits, licenses and insurance
• How it communicates and behaves toward you

Being connected with a contractor is not an endorsement, and it is not a promise about their work. Because of how we are paid, the contractor you reach may depend on which contractors are taking part in our network at that moment.

The Decision Is Yours

You never have to hire a contractor we connect you with. We encourage you to ask questions, check credentials, ask for a written estimate and compare other quotes before you decide.
